You can easily grant our support team access to your seedbox by following these steps:

1. Log in via SSH to your server.
2. Execute the command support add
3. Inform our support team that access has been granted.

To Remove Support Access:

• Execute the command support delete to disable access for our support team.

Note: This will only work if you have selected the "seedbox setup" or it has been installed as a "seedbox setup."
